I Got the Juice

My approach to healing is holistic. Healthy body = healthy mind = healthy spirit.

Juicing helps reduce the risks of cancer and disease, removes harmful toxins from the body, boosts the immune system, and aides in digestion. Today I’m sharing some healthy juice recipes that I love 💗

Note: you don’t need a juicer! You can use a blender and a fine mesh strainer. 

I've Been Drinkin’, Watermelon

Watermelon juice

  • Watermelon, fresh and cubed 
  • Cucumber, peeled and cubed
  • Pineapple, fresh and cubed
  • Mint, fresh
  • Fresh squeezed lime juice
  • Ginger, fresh and peeled
  • Blend, strain, enjoy chilled 


Celery, orange, sea moss gel, lemon, ginger, turmeric fresh juice

  • Orange, peeled 
  • Lemon, peeled and seeded
  • Celery, chopped
  • Ginger, peeled
  • Turmeric (I use the powder, but peel if fresh)
  • Canadian maple syrup (the real stuff)
  • Black pepper, freshly cracked
  • Sea moss gel
  • Spring water
  • Blend, strain, serve chilled

My Favourite Green Juice

  • Spinach
  • Green Apple
  • Lime
  • Kale
  • Lemon
  • Honey
  • Pineapple
  • Blend, strain, serve cold
